About Us

What is an Canton Public Adjuster?

Canton Public Adjusters exist due to the inherent conflict of interest that occurs when one person or entity attempts to represent both sides of a financial transaction…

Policyholders, like insurance companies, have the right to hire their own adjuster to ensure claims are handled properly and fairly.

A Canton public adjuster is a trained and certified professional. A license candidate must pass a background check, a State of Georgia exam, and have qualified experience adjusting claims.

Insurance policies are frequently complex and easily misconstrued documents. Insurance companies face the challenge of serving two constituencies: policyholders and shareholders. As a result of the need to “save money,” they value many claims and losses at amounts that are frequently insufficient (only a basic fix) to properly restore properties to their pre-damage condition. Having someone on your side who understands both the language of the insurance policy and how those policies are enforced can make or break the resolution of your claim.
